This 28-Year-Old Supercross Racer Has 20 Minutes To Make $1 Million

- Where do you draw the line
for a super aggressive pass? That pass was over the line. - Yeah, that's racing. Sometimes things like
that happen, you know? - When I'm on the bike,
I try to focus on myself. The heart rate is high,
the breathing is high.

Sometimes you battle with somebody else and there is tensions,
and the adrenaline of it is something unique. - [Announcer] Monster
Energy Supercross ready to drop the gate on the 450 championship. They battled all year from coast to coast They're set to settle it here in Vegas. (Intense music) - [Narrator] This is Supercross.

The motorcycle racing series that fills stadiums across America. At the final round of the
2018 season in Las Vegas, it all comes down to the main event where one racer will ride
off with a championship bonus worth more than one million dollars. This year the field is
narrowed to two men. Current points leader
Jason Anderson simply needs to finish in the top ten
and the championship is his.

That is, unless one other
racer finishes first. For the controversial French
Supercross star Marvin Musquin, it's all or nothing. But Musquin better watch his back because Eli Tomac aims to spoil
his run at the championship. Even if Tomac wins the race,
he won't have enough points for the championship, or the big money.

But revenge? Some would say that's priceless. The sport of off-road
motorcycle racing, or motocross, debuted in England in the 1920's. By the late '40's, it had invaded the U.S. And in the early '70's the
sport moved into stadiums where it became known as Supercross.

- [Announcer] For all the
champagne, glory, and gold, we are underway! - [Narrator] By the '80's,
it was a national obsession. It inspired movies, video games, and garnered lucrative sponsorship deals for the sport's biggest stars. For today's Supercross athletes, the goal is pretty much the same. Win races, and collect
checks from sponsors.

- [Announcer] Welcome to Sam
Boyd Stadium, here in Las Vegas for our 2018 Championship Weekend. I'd like to begin today by
bringing out our athletes who are gonna fill out our stage. First up, the rider number 25 the Red Bull KTM Marvin Musquin. - [Narrator] One of the
sport's biggest stars is 28-year-old Marvin Musquin from France.

On his last trip to
Vegas, he hit the jackpot. - [Announcer] Marvin
Musquin wins all three! - [Narrator] Eight months earlier, he won the Monster Energy Cup and a check for a million
bucks after winning all three main events. - [Interviewer] What's
your mindset coming into tomorrow night's race? (Clock ticks) - [Announcer] One of the
most controversial finishes this season, half a lap to go, Musquin sees his opening, smashes into the side
of Tomac, takes him out, the crowd not happy,
they were booing Musquin. - [Narrator] Musquin's move
at Foxborough got him the win and pushed him into contention
for the championship.

But it pushed Eli Tomac even further out. - [Interviewer] Eli, just take us through what happened out there. - [Eli] A lap and a half to go, coming around, off the
finish line, down the strait, and I just got blasted from
the inside on that second turn. It was out of nowhere
and it was a cheap shot.

- [Marvin] Yeah, I'm
sorry about what happened with the crash. I mean, it could have been bad for me too. So, you know, for a 450 win
main, sometimes you gotta try your hardest and - But, where do you draw the line? Like, for a super aggressive pass. That pass was over the line.

- Yeah, that's racing, you know? Sometimes, we could talk
about stuff like that a long time, so, things
like that happen, you know? The mindset is the same as last weekend. I wanna do my best and see what happens. I'm born on the motocross track. My dad used to race,
and my brother as well.

Every single weekend I
grew up going to the races and to the practice track and from that I knew I wanted
to be a motocross racer. - [Narrator] Along with
racing, Marvin has always had another constant in his life. His wife Mathilde, who
travels with Marvin on the grueling Supercross tour. - We've been together since we were 15.

Back then I was working for a
French magazine for motocross with kids, and I just
happened to interview Marvin and that's how it all started. We became friends for a while,
and then started dating, and that's it! - [Narrator] Thanks to
her consistent presence on Marvin's social media, she's become a star in her own right. - She motivates me, she
keeps me on track definitely. She takes care of me every
single day, and she's always supportive, good days and bad days.

- [Narrator] Before the championship event the racers get a chance
to inspect the track and get in a few practice laps. - [Aldon Baker] I think
people don't understand what the athlete actually goes
through on a motocross bike. The cardio part of it is pretty intense and the heart rates are around 180, between 170 and 180 beats per minute. So we've got to condition
the athlete for that.

- [Marvin] You want to be as
fast as you can for 20 minutes, so definitely if the
breathing gets too high or you can't relax, then it's not good, so because of the heart rate being so high you have to have really good endurance. - Marvin, Marvin, Marvin! Marvelous Marvin, we love you! (Crowd cheers and yells) - [Marvin] Definitely what
happened in Foxborough is following me right now. The crowd was a little tough on me. A lot of booing, but I had really great
feedback from my fans.

Like I said, I really
try to focus on myself, and that actually gets me more power. (Intense music) - [Announcer] Let's hear
it for Marvin Musquin! (Crowd cheers) - [Announcer] When he was
introduced to the crowd here in Las Vegas tonight,
a chorus of boos rained down on top of the French rider. - [Narrator] Before the main event, the riders in the 450 class
compete in preliminary heats to determine their position
at the starting line. Eli Tomec will go first.

- [Announcer] Heat one. Let's drop the gate! Tomec falls way back! - [Narrator] Tomec
stumbled out of the gate trailing big behind the Australian former champion, Chad Reed. (Techno music) - [Announcer] Here comes Tomec,
closing in on the outside but can't get past him just yet. - [Narrator] But Tomec
soon gained ground on Reed.

- [Announcer] And just like that Eli Tomec gets past Reed! - [Narrator] Tomec came
from behind to win his heat. But would he have
anything left in the tank for the big race? Then it was Musquin's turn. - [Announcer] Here we go. 450 Heat number 2.

- [Narrator] Even with overall
points leader, Jason Anderson on his tail, Marvin
Musquin never looked back and won the race with ease. - [Announcer] Alright! We've got one more championship to go. - [Narrator] The main event
is comprised of 20 minutes plus one lap. First to cross the finish line wins.

All Anderson needs to do
is finish in the top ten. But if Musquin wins, he takes the trophy. - [Announcer] Jason Anderson,
Marvin Musquin, and Eli Tomac looking to be a spoiler on that number 3! (Tense music) Tomac takes it! Musquin is right behind him! Anderson back in eighth! - [Narrator] With Anderson
holding steady in the top ten, it would be a game of cat and mouse between Tomac and Musquin. - [Announcer] Musquin coming after Tomac! He's gotta win here tonight.

Musquin getting even closer to Eli Tomac! - [Narrator] Musquin
stayed on top of Tomac. - [Announcer] He's getting closer! - [Narrator] Til he ran into some trouble. - [Announcer] Now look at this. As they went through some lapped riders Musquin gets held up a little bit.

Can Musquin make this time back up? Does he have it in him to
try to win this final main? Eli Tomac opening up right here. Marvin Musquin trying to keep that gap. - [Narrator] But the gap never closed. Thanks to the speed of Tomac there was just too much separation.

- [Announcer] Eli Tomac
takes the win in Las Vegas, the final one of 2018 as he makes his way
around on the final lap, the 2018 Monster Energy
AMA Supercross and FIM. World champion is Jason Anderson! - [Mathilde] When there is a bad moment or a race that doesn't go well, I know right away what's
going into his mind. I hate for him to have that
feeling, you know, I hate it. So I just want to console him
as much as I can and tell him it's going to be okay.

There is more races, and
it's okay to have a bad one. - [Marvin] I knew it was going
to be a tough main event. My goal was just to keep
charging, and to keep pushing. Racing, it's crazy, anything can happen.

The last few rounds we were
able to fight for the win, so that's really important, and I'm looking forward to the future. (Audience claps) - [Announcer] Jason, would you
mind holding that trophy up one more time for all
the people in the crowd on the big screen? Here we go! Up in the air! Let's hear it for your champion! (Somber music) (intense music).

Retail ft. TheOdd1sOut, isketchi, motionwarrior

Working at the lunch lines was great, but it didn't pay squat. I needed some money for college, so I got a job working in retail. I worked at a place called Dollar Tree. Unlike the scam artists over at the 99-cent store, everything at Dollar tree was in fact a dollar.

There was Claudia, she was a sweetie. Monica, she was chill. The Spawn of Satan Helen, she threatened to bash my head into the wall. And Mark, the General Manager.

This one time, he made fun of how I owned a watch to check the time and not a phone. *Sniff* I was poor. ;N; My job at Dollar Tree was simple enough. I was a cashier and when I had no one in line I would clean up the front of the store.

Okay. Yeah, so some work stories. I was working the night shift when this lady comes up two minutes before we have to close. I let her in.

Reluctantly. She walks in the store and kind of just stumbles around talking to herself. I just wanted to go home at that point. Hurry up, lady.

She barely makes it over to the counter and grab some random candy out of the bins. "Okay, your total is $3." "Hey you know, you've got some pretty eyes." "Oh, uh, really? Thanks." "Ooh, and that body." "You've got something going on there." "Uhh..." "T-thanks?" "So, where are you going after this, beautiful?" "Uuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." "I'll take it from here." I've never been hit on by a girl before much less a 60 year old drunk one? *Lol* So I was pretty confused. Speaking of old people, *heh* Old people. Old people would come in and ask for Senior discounts? "It's a dollar." One of the worst jobs you had to do when working at Dollar Tree was filling up balloons.

The Dollar Tree was always understaffed. So while the manager was usually unboxing merchandise, it would just be me up at the front alone Blowing up balloons took quite awhile, and if there were many people in line you would have a potential mess on your hands. This one time, I had a full line of people I was checking out. This guy comes up out of nowhere, not even in line, and says, "Yeah, I'm gonna need 50 balloons.

Right now. I have to leave for a party in five minutes." *Cough cough* "I'm sorry, what?" "Hey I don't have all day." "There's nowhere I could get it done in five minutes! Do you not see the HUGE line I'm in right now?!" Is what I would have said instead, I just stood there like a spaz- *chuckles* *t R i G g E r E d* Luckily, I had a nice manager on staff that day that took over balloon duty. Another thing about balloons was that, we were always out of the smiley face balloon. Everyone always asked for it since it was an option.

But for three months, we didn't have the shipment. I was slowly going insane each time someone asked for, "Balloon 3-45." I was a pretty good cashier if I do say so myself. You come to my line with fifty something normal items, and I would just go, *intense cashiering* "Done! Here's your change. Boom." Then, there were THOSE people.

They would come up to the line with 50 wineglasses- Why was it always wineglasses? They would usually show up when the line was completely empty and once they arrived everyone in the store- It's like they were on some kind of Magnetic pole. Oh! She is checking out I better check out with her! And usually the people in line would then complain that they had to wait. It's like dude Where were- Where were you when the line was empty? I would have to stand there, take 20 minutes wrapping all these wineglasses in a bunch of newspaper. *Deep inhale* UGHH Sometimes people would come back to the store with open boxes of food and complain that they didn't like it, so they wanted a refund.

"It's a DOLLAR." I would see some of the same customers come in from time to time. Such as this one homeless guy to buy t-shirts and And a few old ladies that always bought greeting cards. This one time I ran out of ones, fives, and tens in my register because it was a very busy day So I had to give 12 dollars in change to a customer in quarters, and nickels, and dimes. I didn't want to call Helen.

*Laugh* *inhale* If someone called up Dollar Tree to ask if there was a specific item, I would usually tell them no. Either because I was busy with a line or I was too lazy to check. Like people, there's a website. Check it yourself.

I don't have timeee. Okay, so one more story. A lady came in on a slow day and put like 200 items on the counter. As usual, people started stacking up behind her and started to get impatient.

"Okay, your total is $220.15. Cash or credit?" "Cr-credit, please?" I tried ringing up her card but, "It-it says the card is denied." "T-try this one." I had to try like five different cards before she said, "Oh. O-oh yeah. Uh...

You know what, just stay right there. I'm gonna transfer some money into my account. I'll be back in five minutes." She ran out of the store, and I thought, "Well, okay? I guess I'l, I'll wait, then?" We put all the stuff She wanted to buy back in a cart, but she never came back. The items she chose were random.

They were basic living items. Like plates, cleaning supplies, food... I just hope that, that lady wasn't going through something serious or running away from something. So I-I don't know.

It was just kind of weird. Once Youtube kicked off, I haven't needed to go back to Dollar tree since the pay is terrible. I don't plan on ever going back really, but I mean I might have to. *Heh* because of- *inhale* Look at these stats.

MMMMMM *lols* But anyway, I hope you guys liked this video. If you want to support me, I have a shirt that came out. It better be sound like a God church. Get on it boi.

*Laughs* Anyways, A special thanks goes out to all the voices in this video, TheOdd1sOut, isketchi and motionwarrior. Go check out their channels! They're really cool people. All of their links are in the description so check them out..

RACING ILLEGAL CARS ON PUBLIC ROADS! (R34 SKYLINE GTR)

Oh what's up guys how you guys doing today so today today jr. Is gonna be an amazing day if things do fall into place I might possibly be driving a bunch of super exotic cars today and these cars include a Porsche 918 which originally goes to retail at like almost $900,000 and for people reselling them and stuff it's like over well well over a million dollars which is insane and then there might be a couple other cool cars as well that I will be able to test drive today I got in contact with somebody who owns his warehouse who has a bunch of cars and he also has a couple cool cars at his house as well he's actually a friend of one of my friends so I think this is going to be so friggin cool if this ends up happening today the Porsche 918 honestly is like probably one of my favorite Porsche cars I don't really like Porsche cars a lot to be honest I. Don't really like the design I don't like the way they look but listen the 918 is sexy it's a B so I'm super excited if I do get a chance to drive that thing I think is a monster Scott like almost 900 horsepower I'm currently about to eat something for breakfast and then me and Lizzie are gonna head over to the gym meet up with a 10 and get a good workout in today's quote of the day it is never too late to make a better you well definitely too late now bill tomorrow I'm a pre-workout right now literally about the gym in like the next five minutes he didn't charge shaving his chest and look what he did look what he did I cut my nipple his nipples bleeding oh my god bro no we all know what happened Aiden was getting a little frisky this morning and some girl that is nipple I'll be over there soon I'm about to do it Lance always does to me I'm gonna start walking down the hall cuz I'm ready and he's not Lizzie's never before event oh there is oh I just saw Aiden literally come up to the door the second we walked outside there he is bro the second I walked out you got to the door hell yeah Tommy's been great the past few days I really could Wilson oh I know I see the blood streak across you actually yeah Jesus left the gym yesterday Aiden stayed there for about another four or five hours for five hours yeah he called me at like five o'clock he's like yo just got done at the gym another gym lipstick damn Aidan's going a Hardee's crap man I need that motivation oh my god I am cornholio things about the Chagas pre-workout real quick was that with some coconut coconut water on see this oh he's doing it that way yeah that way I use the chap on the subway pride tastes terrible right especially this kind because it's so this the taste is so strong like if oc4 want to be nearly as strong of a taste but really strong Aiden starts bumping music loudest fuck before even get to the gym killed that gym workout did shoulders I feel amazing today got a really good pump right now as well I'm gonna head back home get a shower get dressed already I'm gonna head over to the skies house right now or what has warehouse at least and about the 918 unfortunately I cannot drive that today but I think he said we might be able to Tuesday there's gonna be awesome because that car is not out as warehouse is that is actual hell but there are some other dope cars there as well that we will be test driving today me and Lizzy are finally dressed and ready we are gonna head out right now I'm super excited apparently has an r34 skyline as well which is a super old GTR. You guys know what it is if you are into cars and baby looking cute today let me see that outfit you got them shoes on - hell yeah something happen I guess my camera like let's double is he just said I look cute - thank you haha see the thing about this Nissan Skyline is that it's actually illegal in the States he had to get it imported but I.

Think um I think recently they made it in some states where you can have the Nissan Skyline I don't know why but whatever let's go check it out it's really rare over here for sure yo look at this fuckin Mitsubishi Lancer right here I love it thank you guys thank you so much haha yo lamborghini aventador sv boy dream part right there we just got over here Lizzy's in the car eating some food right now but we pull up look at this super old car and all gold it's pretty dope white interior it's nice so we got a new Raptor over here I don't really love trucks too much but this thing is pretty sexy oh my god I see the skyline already are they still illegal here yeah this is one of the two that is that is legal damn dude regardless this thing is a beast and look the steering wheels on the complete other side look at this Maybach v12 boy what the hell is this thing this is very loud it's like real-life Mario Kart yep that there's only like 500 miles on this LFA Carolee show you it too because the covers on it but is what is in the Colleran looking like 650 s oh oh I see the LFA up there oh my gosh so as the interior we got stick on the left side unfortunately I don't think I'm going to be able to drive this car Plus driving on the other side I don't know if I trust myself either but he is definitely gonna give us a spin in this car which is dope unfortunately I don't think is gonna be able to bring it down that LFA today but on Tuesday we will be driving the Porsche 918 which would be sick all right guys so this is Bryan this is the man he's got all these cars it's gonna be dope if you guys want to check out this Instagram Bryan gold PhD check it out over there he's got a ton of sick cars he's gonna be letting us drive the Porsche 918 like I said on Tuesday you know hopefully it's gonna be sick Lizzie's gonna get in the back are you confused it's on the other side I see the speedometer goes up to 180 while it's a top now that you know that's 180 kilometers we'll get it stuck if we had enough rope how long we've been out there and these nights are getting shorter like a Banerjee I'll conquer in my soul this is real I guess in shorts look at his guys steering world it's literally chains they can't be yeah not at all so the thing about this car that he was just explaining to me it's like if you want a new part for this car you have to wait forever because you have to get it all import it so like if you want a new steering wheel or or windshield or whatever it may be it takes some months to get in here it's crazy oh I hear that turbo picking up dude the kick up on this car is insane yeah oh yeah the speedometers pockets stop man it's just like a constant rumble in his car I love it the whole car is shaking right now all the amount of fun I would have in this car did it take you a while to learn how to drive on that side of there up like Kristensen yeah true this come like this you got this built in because I know damn well had no Bluetooth to start I. Just asked him I was like you put a premium in this right and he's like I. Wish he puts a race fuel on it it's like nine dollars a gallon that's crazy that is a hundred and ten octane that's crazy like there's already people recording this car is so rare out here like he was saying it turns were next on his 918 when I guarantee it does and we're back that was definitely a fun ride for sure this thing's beautiful man Congrats I'm gonna drive this s63 right now v8 biturbo this car right here has about 140 K let's drive it well like the seat warming stuff is on the side orange yeah funny story I've never drove a Benz in my entire lifetime so this will be a first you can afford it I got the keys keys keys I got the keys this car is definitely quick but it doesn't come stock meant to be loud automatic seat so you pull this thing off and it goes back what that's sick that is so sweet so just like my Camaro if you pull this thing up I mean usually if you control it down here but it's all automatic now it makes sense okay there we go okay so I originally thought this car went for like 140 they told me it goes for like 200 so nearly to eight what that's nuts so as I told you guys once before I've never driven a benz before I was like how do I get this thing out of park it's literally on here like near the steering wheel so I hold this in and I blow up yeah just push the joystick up don't push that button okay I'm so gone in Reverse so we're taking this thing for a little run right now this thing is quick and the brakes are so sensitive what did you say they were ceramic yeah carbon ceramic it's insane like I've never been in a car where the brakes have been so sensitive before like you barely have to touch the brakes and then it stops like instantly whoa this car definitely is pulled to it I love driving cars that like I've never drove before because like every car is designed differently you know especially different brands like they all matter they might be shifting differently or just like the way it drives or feels some cars are more rough than others this is such a smooth Drive that really is the brakes are definitely something I. Would have to get used to because I'm used to like slamming on my brakes well not slamming but like definitely pushing harder then I would be with these zero to 100 real quick dang and it's like it's so comfortable - you barely even like realize that you're going that quick this car's brakes are so sensitive I feel like if I did slam on the brakes all the way I'd probably break them nah no there that's wrong oh yeah damn dude like like I don't know like I'm barely barely even touching it and it's breaking like it's nothing it's insane racecar quality yeah dude like I.

Really feel like did these brakes are better than my car buy all right same brakes that are on the 918 carbon ceramic luxury cars man beautiful well what kind of paint job is this that is not looking that's baller perfect road trip won't be exactly that's baller this paint is like it's like gritty that's so cool once again you can check out his Instagram right here we're gonna meet back up on Tuesday where you guys will get to see the 918 and possibly the LFA we'll figure it out I'll figure it out a bit dope though I'm definitely super excited to drive that 918 I mean we're going to do the LFA today as well but the guy isn't here to get it down for him since it's up on that little ledge so like I said we'll try and do that another day but those two cars huh well guys keep in mind I whenever I do like a car video where I'm like driving another car or something everyone approach me in the comments section like oh you know nothing about cars well no I don't know everything about cars I know I know a lot about cars but not every single thing I know there's a lot of car guys out that I watched my videos and I know like everything and I kind of look dumb when like I don't know something like the ceramic bricks I didn't know they were that sensitive so don't roast me guys I'm still learning all right for some reason there's a cop in our parking garage it's really random just got back and somebody sent me a sharpie marker I. Guess they they they were send to the sower for probably the prank with Lizzie let me see what the letter says i Lance this is for Lizzie so she control giant permanent dick on your head lol and this is from Tommy thank you you Tommy no don't do that so I sent Lizzie a little plush toy there you go now you have a dog Lizzy I. Know how much you've been wanting a dog this is the best I can do by getting you one Oh Thank You Ruth that's awesome all right so this package is from Markus hall Iselle ski what look at all the stuff that's in here dear lance and Lucia hope you enjoy all these gifts that's so kind so we got a bunch of candies in here as well thank you so much inflatable box so this is a fan that Lindsey ran into yesterday and Lizzie called me on FaceTime and he said hi to me but he got a henna tattoo of my logo which is pretty dope that is awesome and I feel like we haven't rode around just for fun in the past couple days so we're gonna take the board and the scooter up now I feel like I want to try and start vlogging again on my 5d mark 4 I tried it once before and honestly like I love the quality the quality was amazing the only downside about using that camera was how heavy it was and it would just like it wasn't like too heavy to the point where I. Couldn't carry obviously but the only reason is like DSLRs don't really have the greatest stabilisation compared to these little pocket cameras so it was really really shaky especially because of the way added to it it seemed a little too shaky for you guys to watch but I feel like I almost want to try it again I don't know I don't think I'm going to stick with it but I definitely want to try it every once in a while so later on today I might run over the Best Buy or store and try and get a little gorilla pod I want to try and see if I.

Can love with that big camera again that's the only thing is like the shakiness that's literally the only bad part about it if I really did want to vlog with a DSLR the best choice for me to be would be probably the 70d or the ATD if we're talking about Canon just because of the fact that they are a lot lighter and the stabilization like I. Won't be as shaky but hey it doesn't hurt to try it again looks like someone's car is getting towed what is it like doggy daycare in this car right now look how many dogs are in there and there's some in the back as well that's insane alright so this is the guy with the henna tattoo on his hand he said he's for what next couple days okay cool let's check out this little henna tattoo guys dope bro thank you for that man appreciate it yeah it's all good Lizzy trying to make my board go away from me we got people rolling up on the side what's going on guys what's up Lizzy stop hitting it what's the try the booster board you know how to work it Oh bro whoa whoa you're gonna bust your ass let me explain first all right so this is you're gonna hold this in and then you move this up and down to like go forward and backwards if you're trying to slow down obviously pull the opposite way and then it's got a lot of torque so ease into it or you're gonna bust your ass like I did these things are dangerous man oh I wasn't give a little shout out real quick saddle to my boy Eric and Josh I got you guys hey go Eric and Josh okay so when he first met me he thought I was a lot taller than I was keep this into consideration guys I'm sure I'm only like five seven five eight and Lizzie Lizzie's even shorter this is like 5:1 so if you guys think I'm taller no I'm pretty sure just got back from our little fun board ride and now it is work time I have a bunch of sides that I. Have to read for a script because I have to go in and read again for that thing that I've been reading for the past couple times on Monday and then I think again on either Wednesday or Thursday so I definitely felt learn these new lines that I just got I'm gonna practice you like the next hour too with Lizzie over here she's gonna help me read them since I do need somebody else to read them I. Just wrap that up thank you for helping me I think I got it down I don't I don't know you're helping me to goes on to become an actress eventually so there you go up Neil then you can start getting a little bit of practice on your job what is this Lizzie always likes doing this for some reason now what what no what is that when did you add that in I don't remember that she wants to mess around with this inflatable boxing why don't I feel like Nick is gonna come over here and start hitting us with this like it just seems like something you would do uh-huh you're losing a lot of breath doing this I had it right now uh-huh yo I have to take my shirt off cuz it's so hot in here that's enough of that I'm tired I'm shooting a skit right now and I have to drop my phone on my head like 20 times to get it perfected to like look legitimate for the skit and I.

Really effed myself up it's starting to get pretty lame manless you haven't really eaten anything in the past probably like six seven hours and I'm really really hungry you guys know I. Overview of Racing Drone Specs & Racing ClassesDrone Racing ReportVol 8

Welcome to the Dronucopia Drone Racing Report, where we look at all things FPV. Today we are taking a look at the different
drone racing classes and their specification requirements. After the video, check the description for
links to different leagues and their class requirements. With the drone racing season underway and
the sport rapidly growing, many new pilots are entering league events and races for the
first time.

This brings up many questions about the different racing classes and the specifications required for a drone used in a race. Although there is some variation, races typically fall into several classifications based on the size of the quad, the size of the battery, or both. The first and smallest class is the TINY WHOOP. While regarded as toys by some, the Tiny Whoops are fast, maneuverable, and fun to fly.

Because of their small size and protected
props, they are perfect for indoor events, small venues, and exhibitions. The Tiny Whoop class is generally limited
to a 1-cell LiPo battery and 1 propellers. A step up from the Tiny Whoop is the Micro Class. Micro racing quads typically sport a 2-s LiPo battery and weigh only a handful of ounces.

Props are normally in the 2-3 range. Micros are also great for indoor events and
smaller venues, but still provide exciting racing. The configuration also allows for more custom
modification than a Tiny Whoop. The next level starts bringing us into the
more serious racing classes.

These classes are normally organized by the battery size limit, with classes for 3s, 4s, and even 6s LiPo powered racing quads. There are also often requirements based on the size of the frame as well. Racing Quad frames are measured diagonally from motor to motor. This size will determine the components you can use, such as the size of battery and props.

3S and 4s racing quads will most often have
frames up to 300mm, with props up to 5 or 6. There are also many racing events with Open
Classes. These classes allow you to use any size quad
or battery you choose with few limitations. For example, the MultiGP Leagues Open
Class only limits the weight at 800g, with no limits for the frame and prop size or the
battery type.

The International Drone Racing Association
only requires that your drone is battery powered, rotor propelled, and piloted by FPV, in addition
to having LED lighting installed. In these open class events, there is only
the practical limitation brought by the course layout and the size of the gates, challenging
the pilots to build the best quad to get the job done. The FAI Drone Racing World Cup series has
a single classification for their events. It allows up to a 4s LiPo battery, 330mm frame
size, and 6 propellers.

Limitations include a maximum 15 tilt on
the motors, and a ban on metal propellers and prop guards. Many leagues including the Drone Racing World
Cup now also strongly encourage LED lighting, while some even require it. This is mostly to improve the fan experience, making it easier to see and identify the drones during a race. For the same reason, the pilots callsign
is now often required on their FPV display as well.

Many races will also set requirements for
the video transmitter. In many cases there will be a limitation on
the max output. In MultiGP, Tiny Whoops are limited to 25mW,
Micros at 200mW, and all other classes up to 250mW. For the FAI Drone Racing World Cup events,
the video transmitter is most often determined by the local rules and regulations of the
host country and are set for each event.

Most events and leagues will also require that the frequency can be changed quickly and easily to avoid conflicts with other pilots. There are also a lot of stock racing events
out there, where every pilot uses a drone with the exact same setup. The most famous example right now is the Drone
Racing League, where every pilot uses the exact same drone, just with different colors. Stock races also can pop up to accompany larger
open-class events, and are sometimes sponsored by a racing quad manufacturer.

The IDRA events at the Dutch Comicon and Denver
Internationals both featured stock events, with pilots flying a Vortex 150 at the first
and a UVify Draco at the second. If you want to join a league or enter a race,
make sure to check the quad requirements and limitations first. Most events and leagues will post the information
well in advance of a race, or list the classes and requirements on their websites. Check the description after the video for
links to different leagues and their requirements.

NASCAR Transforms Racing with Microsoft Technology

NASCAR is a very competitive environment. There are teams spending millions of dollars
to eek out the smallest advantage over their competitors. Often times, races are decided by hundredths
of a second and they look for whatever advantage they can get. All that technology that pours into putting
cars on the track, as the sanctioning body we have got to officiate all of that.

Today, we are using technology to better plan,
run and analyze our events from start to finish, and it's given us insights like we have never
had before. It's such a complicated logistical effort. Just envision the Super Bowl, but 38 weekends
a year. Our partnership with Microsoft has been a
huge win for NASCAR.

It's been completely transformational and
we can just really focus on making great racing that our fans are excited to watch..

My Cardboard Boat Racing Experience

What's in the box? _ I said what's in the box? _ I said WHAT'S IN THE BOOOOOX!?!
*SCREAMS* *GUNSHOTS* I can make a great boat out of this. So this one time when I was in the third grade, for some reason our teacher thought it would be a good idea to get his entire class to participate in a... Cardboard boat race! :D. Cardboard boat racing is this event where teams of people build their own boats out of cardboard, and then race against other people's cardboard boats.

Now, you might be thinking that cardboard really isn't the best material to make a boat out of. And you're right. - But cardboard is cheap - But cardboard is cheap
- You can get big pieces of it - But cardboard is cheap
- You can get big pieces of it
- And they float in the water for a little bit Perfect for making boats out of! It's good short-lived entertainment. It's yachts of fun! Apparently, a lot of other schools got their students to do cardboard boat racing I thought it was just a strange thing my teacher made us do, but if other teachers did it, I guess he wasn't the only weirdo...

I don't know what cardboard boat racing is supposed to teach you Maybe teamwork skills and shipbuilding? I mean it would come in handy if I was stranded on an island with cardboard and duct tape and I could tell everyone: "Don't worry guys, I learned how to make boats out of these things in the third grade!" But no one else in my school did cardboard boat racing It was just my class! And I think part of the reason we did this was because the class I was in was an honors class. So... We were better than everyone else. Guys,I need to tell you about how friggin smart I am! So in the second grade everyone took this test to see if you would get put into the honors class, which, I'm going to be honest, I don't remember taking it I just remember my mom sitting me my twin sister down and telling us that we weren't going to be in the same class anymore because I made it into the honors classes and my sister didn't...

HA HA! Loser! The honors program was called DOGS which stood for...   Daaaaaaaaaang! Original gangsta students! Okay, that's not actually the name. I made that up. If you got accepted into DOGS you stayed in the DOGS program for the rest of Elementary school! So I basically had the same kids in my class for five school years And our class became known as the Dogs Kids.

I think since I was in the dogs program,
I wasn't bullied nearly as much as I should have been Because everyone in my class was a huge nerd! So I never really learned how to interact with people socially because I already knew everyone in my class So all the DOGS were cool with each other, But all the non-DOGS hated us. They thought that us DOGS thought that we were SOOOO much better than them... And we were. Now call me old-fashioned, but I think the third grade is a little too soon to tell if you're smart or not.

I would say that the DOGS program... Did NOT make me a smarter person. I don't speak for everyone This was just my experience But in high school my twin sister was a WAY better student! High school didn't have the DOGS program So me and my sister were in the same classes again. And she was a straight-A student while I was about a straight B and C student.

So all the math I've learned is telling me that something's not adding up. It probably had nothing to do with being in the honors program in Elementary School I probably just procrastinated a lot in high school Okay now let's get back to the actual topic of the video. Leading up to the event the teacher wanted us to stay after school to help make the boats. And I being the loyal DOG that I was stayed after school exactly zero times Sorry dudes, I take the bus home! And last time I missed the bus my mom got mad at me and I cried And she had to pick me up So actually if I was deserted on an island I wouldn't be much help I would have to get my mom to pick me up.

This event was at a medium-sized, man-made lake in Arizona because We don't, have real lakes.
They're all man-made. And it was right next to a college and a lot of college kids like to get drunk there We ended up making two boats: One was white, and one was blue with a dragon head at the front and the tail in the back They both could hold 10 people. There wasn't enough room for everyone in the class to get a spot on the boat, and the kids who actually helped build it got a reserved seat But since I was a scrawny white boy that didn't take up much space, I got to sit in the very front!! Because they were the coolest and smallest seats The person who I sat next to was this girl named Priscilla I still keep in contact with her and I asked if I could say her name in this video and she said yes. Later in life, she was the first girl to ever...

Later in life, she was the first girl to ever... Slap me I didn't ask permission to tell that story. While we were waiting for our turn to race, my dad got me a snow cone, and that snow cone was the very first time I remember getting a brain freeze. "It hurts to eat this." "Yeah, they do that."(James way of relating to people) When it was our turn, we rode the boat out and we actually stayed afloat.

I mean it was only a couple inches away from sinking... But it worked!! My mom told me beforehand that if the boat sunk, I should kick off my shoes because that would weigh me down And I would drown. Thanks for the vote of confidence Mom(!) And I remember being so afraid of the boat sinking. Not because I could drown, but because I didn't want to lose my shoes! :( So there were a bunch of eight-year-olds in a glorified Cardboard box on a lake with three other boxes filled with drunk college students.

The course we had to take was pretty simple it only Had two left turns should have been a piece of cake and we were doing pretty good... ... Until we had to make the first left turn. We messed up on that part...

We practiced turning on land all the time! But for SOME reason when we were in the water our turning maneuver wasn't working we kind of just... Drifted forward. We were pretty much all stranded we didn't know how to drive this thing and we were running out of time since the Cardboard doesn't last that long when it's wet... But there were these Lifeguards slash helper people going around in canoes and one person came up to our boat And he just kind of pushed it with his paddle *pushy pushy* and he turned the boat and we were back in the race!! Well actually by this point everyone else had already completed the course but We're still floating.

We were still going to finish this! When it came time for the second turn... The same thing happened. We didn't learn anything; they never taught us this in honors classes. By this point, the next four people racing just went, they got tired of waiting.

And while the canoe boat guy was trying to teach us how to turn, the other boats just passed us. Eventually we did get the turning thing down and we made it back to shore! The boat stayed up the entire time. Out of the four people we raced against we came in eighth... I kind of wish something bad did happen Like the boat flipped over or a shark ate one of the kids! That would have been a better YouTube video...

But that also would have been LYING! And then afterwards the president came down and high-fived all of us. And to prove I'm not lying Here's some pictures of me in front of the boat... ... We had to take the dragon head off because it didn't fit with all of us.

But we kept the tail and you'll also notice how cramped the seats are and the girl who later on slaps me? Here's a boat with a roof! Here's the picture of the snowcone that gave me my first brainfreeze. Here's us in the water next to a pretty big boat and look our other white boat is getting blocked off by the bigger boat! Notice how our boat is going in the wrong direction and how close we are to being submerged... And here's a picture of the grown-ups Carrying the boat out of the water after a long day, and I'm not in this picture I wanted to get to land as soon as possible! Here's a picture of me during Halloween I dressed up as a ninja I think it was the halloween after the bunny, and there's a plushie of an neopet in the background, Do you guys remember neopets? All my neopets are probably dead now.  Here's a picture of me with a giant pencil It's actually a model rocket, but it looks like a pencil! Isn't that adorable? Remember my science fair video where I launched Rockets? Yeah, this wasn't that time...

This is a completely different model rocket and here's me in a tub of animal plushies! And this bird plushie right here was actually my favorite I got them from someone else's birthday was in the goodie bag. It was a pirate themed birthday. It was like You know a little tiny parrot I really liked that bird his name was birdie, and now he's gone... And here's me dressed up as Galileo.

Yaaaaay a new video is done! Sorry. It's been like a month since my last video I've been busy with three conventions all back-to-back But it's good now those are all done! Videos should be coming back on a normal schedule and by normal schedule I mean twice a month... It's so weird seeing these old pictures because in my head I. Remember the exact moment when I sat down in the boat and being super Cramped and having to row with my kneecaps pressed against my chest.

And I remember that snow cone too and just not knowing Why it hurt to eat it.. And now I'm looking back at these old pictures and being like... *Strange sound that I can't comprehend* I was a different person back then! I can't end this video without mentioning the person who helped make this video come out on time. And that person this week is GingerPale again.

Thanks, man He helped color and also FootofaFerret helps get some of the sound effects for the intro of the video Thanks writer. So everyone give them a big old hug and wear your seatbelt!.
